- Gwalior Fort

- Jai Vilas Palace
To welcome King Edward VII, the Prince of Wales, Maharaja Jayaji Rao Scindia build this grand palace. Today this palace serves as a residence of Royal Scindia family and a part of it has been converted into a museum. Some of the important artefacts of Indian history like the original Dhal of Rani Laxmibai, swords used during the time of Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb etc can be seen here.
- Madav National Park
Founded in 1959, this wildlife reserve is spread across the VindhyaMountainrange. Home of numerous wildlife animals like leopard, panthers, hyena, crocodile, nilgai, sloth bear etc thispark has many lakes as well. Among them Sakhya Sagar is very famous. Different species of migratory birds like pintail, teal, pochard, gadwall etc visit this lake. Another major attraction of this sanctuary is the George Castle, which is located in the middle of the national park.
- Sun Temple
Popularly known as Surya Mandir, this temple was constructed in 1988 by the industrialist G.D. Birla. This red sandstone structure is dedicated to the Sun God and based on the model of legendary Sun Temple of Konark, Odisha.
- Tomb of Mohammad Ghaus
This 16th century Mughal architecture is located 2 kilometers away from the main city of Gwalior. This tomb is the resting place of a Sufi Saint who was not only the advisor of Mughal Emperor Babur but also the teacher of Tansen, the legendary musician. This stunning tomb is famous among both the Hindu and Muslim travelers as a renowned pilgrimage.
- Tighra Dam
